Application of mechanical push-pull force gauge

Mechanical push-pull force gauges, as a fundamental mechanical measurement tool, are widely used in quality control processes such as push-pull load testing, insertion/extraction force testing, and destructive testing in various industries including electronics, light industry and textiles, building hardware, fire-fighting equipment, pen manufacturing, lock manufacturing, fishing gear, chemicals, power machinery, and research institutions, due to their ease of operation and strong adaptability.

Its specific applications are extremely diverse, mainly including: in the fiber industry, it is used to test zipper tensile strength, suit lining peel strength, and nylon buckle tear strength; in the pharmaceutical industry, it is used to test capsule opening force, injection needle propulsion force, gel drug hardness, and sprayer pressure; in the automotive industry, it is used to test the operating force of components such as turn signal/wiper levers, various buttons/pedals, door switches, and hood switches, as well as buffers and braking devices; in the cosmetics industry, it is used to test hair breaking force, lipstick breaking force, cosmetic box opening force, and sprayer pressing force; in the food industry, it is used to test jelly hardness, packaging bag opening force, and adhesive strength; in the electronic component manufacturing industry, it is used to test connector insertion and extraction force, keyboard touch force, cable/fiber optic tensile force, circuit board peel strength, and soldering strength; in the packaging industry, it is used to test the peel strength, vertical pressure, and opening force of packaging materials such as tape and film.

In heavy industries such as oil fields and mining, large-tonnage mechanical force gauges (a type of push-pull force gauge) have important applications. For example, in oil drilling and well workover operations, they are used to indicate the weight of the drill pipe and monitor the pulling force when pulling up a stuck pipe string, thereby preventing accidents such as stuck drill bit, drill bit damage, or well casing pull-out, and ensuring operational safety. Therefore, they are figuratively called "the eyes of the well workover worker." In addition, they are also used for measuring the tension of anchor chains in mining exploration, river transportation, and marine fishing, as well as for measuring the gravitational force of belt conveyors in the power industry, such as high-voltage power line wiring and engineering construction.
